Very nice game, obviously inspired by "Baba is You", which I never actually played, but I can see the similarities.
The game still needs some polish, the UI is quite difficult to understand at first glance and would beefit from a more interactive and clearer tutorial overall.
Also, sometimes level elements disappear from the UI itself, which requires the game to be restarted to be able to place them in the level again.
Also, ultimately, I feel like the difficulty ramps up pretty quickly, I would add some more in-between levels to make the player get a hang of how the game actually works before throwing it into very hard levels.
Overall the concept is very fun, mechanics are solid and the game has potential, good job :D
